Try-a-Tri Helps to Make More ‘Dreams Come True’
On Sunday 14th May Tri High held the 2nd in their series of Tri-A-Tri events at Highfield school in Liphook.
On Sunday 14th May Tri High held the 2nd in their series of family friendly Tri-A-Tri events at Highfield school in Liphook. The sun was shining and there was a hive of activity as over 50 people took part in their fiorst ever triathlon.
It all kicked off with the swim with the adults going first, completing 10 lengths of the pool before they dried themselves down in the transition area and popped onto their bikes for 4 loops of the track before they launched themselves into the final leg which was running 3 loops!
Tri-High Multi-Sports Club is a local club for all children and adults in Liphook and the surrounding areas. Tri-High aims to inspire, teach, coach, educate and support the community through swimming, cycling and running. The club is lead by experienced British Triathlon Federation qualified coaches who share a vast breadth of experience and expertise between them. They will be running community sports events from Liphook to raise money for Dreams throughout the Summer.
