Tanisha was British Women’s Motor Cross Champion but suffered spinal cord suppression which left in need of intensive rehab. Following that, she has been diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma and is currently receiving treatment.

Her dream was to attend the motor cross ArenaCross Tour.

22-year-old Tanisha from Wales has been through a very tough time in the last couple of years and we were delighted to make her dream come true.

In 2015, Tanisha was British Women’s Motor Cross Champion but suffered spinal cord suppression which left her temporarily paraplegic and in need of intensive rehab. Tanisha has also recently been diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma (cancer of the blood) and is currently receiving treatment.

This spate of injury and illness has obviously had a serious impact on Tanisha’s motor cross career hopes, but she is still passionate about the sport. Her dream was to go to a major motor cross event with her boyfriend and younger brother, so we packed them off to Birmingham to attend the ArenaCross Tour with an overnight stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.

Thank you so much for the tickets for ArenaCross and the hotel, was amazing. We all had such a great time”.
