Dreams Come True is a dynamic national children's charity dedicated to fulfilling the treasured dreams of seriously ill and life limited children and young people aged 2-21. An opportunity has arisen for a caring, organised and tenacious person to join the team responsible for coordinating and fulfilling dreams.
This role is part of a team of four which fulfils the core function of the charity, that is coordinating the different elements and completing the various dream requests of those children and young people who apply to the charity. Working closely with dream children and their families you will determine what their dream is, what their needs are and how we can best arrange the dream so that it is a joyful and unforgettable experience. After training you will be responsible for a case load of individual dreams, each of which is fulfilled as a distinct project. You will also be trained to participate in and, in time, possibly lead our regular Group Trips taking dream families to Florida or Disney land Paris for a once in a lifetime holiday.
The successful applicant will have a confident, caring approach to people, be emotionally resilient and able to handle multiple tasks at once. The applicant will also need to be a team player and ideally have experience of travelling.
To apply please contact Lee Russell at Reed Business Support Guildford on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Closing Date for Applications is Friday 30th March 2017.
The successful job applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
